Well, the whole thing is that I haven't been active in years. (Hyperbole, definitely, but it works.) I'm sad to say that college does not leave a lot of time for extra-extra things. Which is now where - unfortunately - devART falls nowadays. I'm working on it, I'm working on it. Unfortunately next semester is just as hectic as this one, if not more so, because I am adding Introduction to Theatre Production (say it five times fast; it's not hard, it's just funny). And Introduction to Production has a significant lab.

Blah. <3

In happier news, I have only 54 days until I can come home. Count 'em, baby, only 54 more days. I've come a long way from the 178 (if not more). God, those were bad times.

I am currently sitting in the laundry room, listening to Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog song "My Freeze Ray." It's extremely fitting in that...well...it starts off with the words 'laundry day.' I love it. It's the only comfort I have, because the fluorescent lights and the white walls with that one red stripe are giving me a whopper of a headache. Not to mention right after laundry I have to go to usher "The Clean House." Fun? Yes, absolutely. But I sweat really easily through the white shirt I am to wear, and I have said headache. Why, why, why?

Because that's life, Oli, and you're loving it.
Sort of. Oh my god damn, I need to go home. <3

Tech Happens, also known as Olivia Ellery. Olivia Ellery is now halfway through her first semester at Indiana University Bloomington. Hey tech, just checked out your gallery per your request in the forum. I like your images, especially the great wall, making use of the leading lines mantra you hear repeated so often in photography circles.

In terms of critque, perhaps try to be more inventive in the angles you shoot (most of your images appear to be taken from a standing postion and in portrait) and perhaps having a play with some photoshop programs to produce different effects post-capture? I'm currently blending multiple shots together to produce some pretty vivid results.
